KINBER Welcomes Rachael Haverstick As Director of Program Operations
KINBER is pleased to announce Rachael Haverstick has joined the organization as its new director of program operations.
Prior to joining KINBER, Haverstick was a curriculum and instruction specialist for the Lancaster Lebanon IU13, where she provided educators, administrators, and district leaders with curriculum development, school improvement planning and professional education. In her new role, she will play a crucial part in shaping and leading the organization’s programs to meet the evolving needs of Pennsylvania communities, including driving KINBER’s mission of advancing digital equity and the innovative use of digital technologies across the commonwealth.
“Rachael’s experience and success as a collaborator and leader will contribute immensely to KINBER’s ability to make a significant impact in Pennsylvania,” said Nathan Flood, KINBER president and CEO. “Her passion for enhancing educational practices and increasing student achievement will no doubt serve her well, and we’re excited to work with her.”
Rachael is currently a part of Leadership Lancaster’s Core Class and is an active member of the Lititz community, volunteering for various organizations such as Warwick United and Woodridge Swim Club, where she serves as vice president of its board of governors.
