This work amplifies the reach of the partner organizations, bolsters their missions, and allows them to improve digital equity and inclusion in their communities.

Programs

KINBER MOR Leaders Program

Since its inception in 1983, MOR has supported, advised, coached and inspired leaders as they develop strategies designed to enhance an individual and/or organization’s success. In addition to customized leadership development programs, MOR offers strategic consulting and survey services, working in partnership with clients to bring about sustainable improvements.

Toward Gigabit Libraries

Based on the work of the Toward Gigabit Libraries project started in 2015 by Internet2 and funded by the Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS), KINBER launched a Pennsylvania library focused Toward Gigabit Libraries in PA project in 2018 in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Office of Commonwealth Libraries to conduct on-site library network assessments and in-person site visits at libraries across Pennsylvania and to provide virtual and in-person training and education for PA libraries.

KINBER is proud to host Pennsylvania’s only state-wide Digital Equity conference, KINBERCON. The conference brings together experts and thought leaders in digital inclusion, broadband, education, healthcare, and more, to share their knowledge and learnings with attendees.
