KINBER MOR Leaders Program

The KINBER MOR Leaders Program, facilitated by MOR Associates, provides Pennsylvania higher ed professionals, anchor institution leaders, and champions of digital equity a combination of coaching, experiential learning, relationship building and mentoring in the support of developing their strategic leadership. 

KINBER's program is designed to strengthen relationships and foster collaboration across the participating programs and organizations within the commonwealth, leading to greater statewide success in the Digital Equity & Inclusion sphere.

Program Objectives

  • To enhance the professional and personal development of senior staff who will play increasingly important management and leadership roles;

  • To explore opportunities for each individual to make sustainable improvements in their effectiveness;

  • To gain a heightened perspective on strategic issues facing institutions;

  • To evolve each individual’s capabilities to build a diverse workforce and create an inclusive work environment; and

  • To strengthen relationships and foster collaboration within and across participating organizations and communities.

Calendar for the KINBER MOR Leaders Program

  • Application window opens in May.

  • A roster will be identified by end of July.

  • Registration and 360° surveys begin August.

  • Sessions:

    • Orientation: virtual, September

    • Workshop I: in-person, October

    • Workshop II: virtual, December

    • Workshop III: in-person, January

    • Workshop IV: virtual, February

    • Workshop V: in-person, April

  • Participants begin working on their development plans and start working with learning teams on presentations - September.

  • One-to-one coaching sessions with MOR Coach - throughout program.

Program Costs

The tuition cost of the program is $6,000 per participant, plus travel expenses for the in-person meetings.

KINBER offers financial assistance to cover a portion of tuition costs for participants, depending on the organization’s needs. Sponsoring organizations are responsible for the remainder tuition and travel expenses.
