KINBER Statement on Net Neutrality

Friday Dec. 15, 2017

KINBER owns and operates the statewide research, education, and community network in Pennsylvania and has, since its inception, operated under the principles of network openness. KINBER plans to continue operating its network in an open and transparent manner and does not anticipate that the recent net neutrality decision will have any immediate impact or change on the way we have always delivered our services.
