KINBER Names Gwendolyn L. Huntoon as Executive Director

STATE COLLEGE, PA (Jan. 16) -- The Keystone Initiative for Network Based Education and Research (KINBER) board of directors announced the appointment of Gwendolyn L. (Wendy) Huntoon as its new executive director. KINBER Update – Board Meeting Highlights and New Pricing

Dear KINBER members, Before the holidays, the KINBER Board of Directors met in Harrisburg for its final full meeting of 2013.  Highlights of the meeting include: New pricing model.  The new member prices, which are attached to this email, include a longevity benefit for members on-net or off-net, with a reduction of up to 50 percent of the rates for a three-year contract, sub gigabit pricing and a new burstable rate offering.  The Board did not modify commodity internet pricing during this … [Read more...]
